    2022 BONUS CARD FAQ: 

    What is the Gift Card Holiday Bonus Promotion?

    From November 25th through December 31st, for every $100 in gift cards you purchase you will receive a $25 bonus card, for every $50 in gift cards you purchase you will receive a $10 bonus card. The bonus card applies to both in-person and eGift Card orders. The eBonus card will be sent to the purchaser’s email address 5 days after the purchase.  Please make sure to have your email listed and not just your telephone number.  Please do not use business emails as some corporations block Craft & Crew ecards from getting through their server.

    What are the Holiday Bonus restrictions?

    Valid January 2nd through April 15th for one time use

    Not valid towards gratuity or redeemable for cash

    Not valid towards private parties or events

    Please protect the bonus card as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

    Why does the Holiday Bonus Card have restrictions?  The Holiday Bonus is a complimentary certificate that is awarded for every $100 or $50 in Craft & Crew Hospitality cards purchased from November 25th through December 31st. Because it is a promotional certificate and not a cash gift card, it does have some provisions for use.

    Can I use more than one Bonus Card at a time? Yes, you can use multiple bonus cards at one time.

    Can I get change back when I use the Holiday Bonus Card? The bonus card has no cash value and no change will be given.

    Does the Holiday Bonus Card Expire?  No, the bonus card does not expire.  However, it can only be used between January 2nd and April 15th.

    Three-course menu for dogs. Treat your Best Friend, Treat yourself.  

    Through the winter months, our heated tented PAW-TIO will always be open. Afterall our floors are heated. 


    PATIO RULES FOR PUPS

    1. Dogs must be on their leash at all times. (No retractable leashes please). 

    2. Dogs must be accompanied by owner at all times. 

    3. Please do not place your dog (even small pups) on the table, in your lap or on a chair. “Health code.” 

    4. Your furry family members cannot eat off your plate, or drink from your glass. We have special dishes just for them. 

    5. We want your best friends to be as comfy as possible. Please help yourself to a Yoga Mat if you think your pal would like to sit or lay on one. 

    6. Puppy Restrooms are located in any surrounding grassy area that is outside the patio. There is a Poo-Can by the patio entrance for disposal. 

    7. Excessive barking and bothersome behaviors are not permitted. 

    8. In the event your dog has an accident, please notify staff immediately so we can help you clean it up properly. 

    9. Please excuse our staff if we go a little nutso over your pooch. We just can’t help ourselves!!!! 

    10. Only one dog per human on the pawtio®

    Craft & Crew has a zero tolerance aggression policy. We reserve the right to ask you to remove your dog at any time for any reason.
